Due to the handmade and intimate nature of each item, we are unable to accept returns.

Our production times vary based on the complexity of the item. Simple items typically take 3-5 weeks, while custom-made or more detailed designs (such as catsuits, dresses, etc.) require 8-10 weeks. Please note that shipping time is additional to this.

If you need your items by a specific deadline, please indicate this in the comments section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that we cannot guarantee expedited production. It will depend on our production schedule at the time.
